2. What we sell

EZ Phone Help sells access to an online course: guides, software links, step-by-step lessons, practice tools, and member perks. We don't perform unlocks, sell unlock codes, or guarantee outcomes. The $7.99 monthly membership is sold and billed by YouTube / Google as an EZ Phone Help channel membership, and Google may add VAT or local tax at its checkout.

3. Consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Asking for immediate access to digital content ends that right once access begins. The Terms of Service explain the details.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and don't generally do so. Please contact us first, and we will try to sort it out.

4. Hosting and key providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Sign-in is provided by Clerk, Inc. (USA). Membership payments are handled by YouTube / Google.
