EZ Phone Help operates ezphonehelp.com and the member course dashboard. Privacy questions: support@ezphonehelp.com.

2. Information we collect

• Email address and name you provide at signup
• Clerk authentication identifiers and session data
• Course progress, quiz results, and support tickets
• Limited device and location signals used for security and audit

We do not process card payments on this site. There is no billing checkout.

3. How we use it

We use this information to create your account, deliver the course, provide support, keep the platform secure, and keep invite registration honest.

4. Processors

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Hosting may use Vercel and a PostgreSQL database provider. Transactional email, if enabled, is sent through Resend.

5. Retention

We keep account and progress records while your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for support and security.

6. Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention needs.
