These Terms govern your use of EZ Phone Help (ezphonehelp.com), including the member dashboard and course materials.
1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and EZ Phone Help. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The product
EZ Phone Help provides access to one course product: structured lessons, quizzes, and practice tools about common iPhone and Android situations. Enrollment is by invitation only.
3. Accounts
You may create an account only through a valid invite link issued by an administrator. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We may deactivate accounts that abuse the platform.
4. Acceptable use
Course materials are for devices you own or are authorized to service. You may not share invite links, copy the curriculum for resale, or use the platform for unauthorized access to someone else's device.
5. Intellectual property
EZ Phone Help and its licensors own the site, course materials, and branding. Access is a limited license for your personal use while enrolled.
6. Disclaimer
Lessons are educational. Outcomes vary by device, software version, and carrier policy. We do not guarantee a particular result on your hardware.
